First pass after the contractor clears out. Large debris removal, sweeping construction waste, clearing leftover materials, wiping major dust accumulation from all surfaces.
Included in all packagesThe deep work. Every surface wiped. Inside new cabinets and drawers cleaned. Paint splatters removed from floors and fixtures. Grout haze scrubbed from new tile. Window glass cleaned and manufacturer stickers removed. HVAC registers vacuumed to clear drywall dust.
Standard & Premium packagesMove-in ready. Floors cleaned to surface type — hardwood polished, tile mopped, LVP wiped. Baseboards hand-wiped. Hardware and fixtures polished. Full walkthrough before we leave. The space is ready for furniture.

The word “Remodelling” in our name identifies the industry we serve — the remodeling and construction industry. It does not describe work we perform.
We do not remodel homes. We do not perform any construction, installation, or building trade. What we do is clean the spaces where that work just finished.
Every project ends with a mess: drywall dust in the vents, sawdust on the floors, paint splatters on new fixtures, grout haze on fresh tile. General contractors move on to the next job. We move in with vacuums, mops, and microfiber cloths and make the space ready to live in.
